Follow-up Treatments To reach optimal results, acupuncture generally works best with follow-up visits. Follow-up visits are determined by an individualized treatment plan. A progress evaluation is initiated followed by acupuncture treatment and any other conjunctive therapies the practitioner sees fit.  Each acupuncture visit is customized and catered to patients’ healthcare needs and goals.
